1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our training programs, requesting consulting services, or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

StratQuant International provides professional training and certification programs, consulting services in monitoring and evaluation, business analytics services, and research advisory services.

3. Payments and Fees

• A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm training enrollment or consulting engagement.
• Full payment must be completed before issuance of certificates or final project deliverables.
• StratQuant International reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

4. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Participants may transfer enrollment to a future intake within six (6) months.
• Approved refunds may be subject to administrative deductions.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

StratQuant International reserves the right to reschedule services due to operational or logistical reasons. Clients will be notified in advance.

6. Certification Policy

Certificates are issued only to participants who complete required training hours, meet participation requirements, and fulfill financial obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials including training manuals, presentations, reports, research publications, and website content remain the intellectual property of StratQuant International and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

StratQuant International maintains confidentiality regarding client data and institutional information unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

StratQuant International shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda.

11. Amendments

StratQuant International reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
